Getting to Campus
To ensure a stress-free start to your summer adventure, CISS International has got your arrival covered.
Free Airport Transfers:
- Eligible: Students arriving at Heathrow Airport between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (BST).
- What to Expect: CISS International staff will be waiting for you at the airport, ready to guide you through customs and immigration. You’ll then be escorted to a comfortable coach and transported directly to your campus accommodation.
Private Taxi Transfers:
- For: Students arriving outside of Heathrow Airport or outside of the specified time frame.
- What to Expect: CISS International will arrange a private taxi to pick you up from your designated location and take you directly to campus.
Important Notes:
- Arrival Airport: All students should fly into Heathrow Airport.
- Arrival Time: Please ensure your arrival time is between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM (BST).
- Staff Escort: CISS International staff will accompany students to campus.
- Delayed Arrivals: If your flight is delayed beyond 4:30 PM, a private taxi transfer will be arranged at an additional cost.
Inter-City Travel

Get ready for a smooth transition between cities! All students will travel by private coach between London and the second city, accompanied by CISS International staff.
Your summer adventure will conclude with a seamless departure.
Free Airport Transfers:
- Eligible: Students departing from Heathrow Airport between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- What to Expect: CISS International staff will escort you to the airport and assist you with check-in.
Private Taxi Transfers:
- For: Students departing from a different airport or outside of the specified time frame.
- What to Expect: CISS International will arrange a private taxi to pick you up from your accommodation and take you directly to the airport.
Important Notes:
- Departure Airport: CISS International recommends departing from Heathrow Airport.
- Departure Time: Please ensure your departure time is between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
